基于有限元分析技术的校园交通车轻量化研究

利用有限分析技术对无人驾驶校园交通车的结构进行静力分析,通过对该车在实际工况下施加载荷进行结构优化,并对该车进行拓扑分析,得出新的底盘结构.研究结果表明:在相同的边界条件下,优化后交通车的最大结构变形减小、模态频率降低、整车动静刚度均有了明显的提高.
Research on Lightweight of Campus Traffic Vehicle Based on Finite Element Analysis Technology
The static analysis of the structure of the driverless campus transport vehicle was carried out by using finite analysis technology.The structure of the vehicle is optimized by applying the load under the actual working conditions.Based on the topological analysis of the car,a new chassis structure is obtained.The results show that under the same boundary conditions,the maximum structural deformation and modal frequency of the optimized vehicle are reduced,and the dynamic and static stiffness of the vehicle is obviously improved.
