Design and Analysis of K51680A(G)Three Jaw Power Chuck
With the increasing demand for high-quality machining in the manufacturing industry,power chucks with high clamping force,fast clamping and high positioning accuracy are increasingly required in CNC machine tools.Through the mechanical analysis of the working conditions of the power chuck,a K51680A(G)three-jaw power chuck was designed.The relationship between the wedge surface inclination angle and the friction coefficient,which affects the initial static clamping force of the power chuck,was analyzed.A 3D model of the three-jaw power chuck was established using UG software,and finite element analysis was carried out on each component using ANSYS Workbench software to ensure the reliability and stability of the product.
