挂钩作为直升机吊挂投放系统的重要部件,对完成直升机的投放任务有着非常关键的作用,合理的挂钩结构有助于提高吊挂投放系统的承载能力.利用SolidWorks建立了挂钩的三维模型,联合ANSYS对挂钩进行了有限元分析和结构优化设计.优化完成后,在吊挂系统满足设计要求的前提下,挂钩减重 23.9%,实现了挂钩和整个吊挂投放系统的轻量化.
Structure Analysis and Optimization Design of Helicopter Hook Based on ANSYS
As an important part of the helicopter suspension delivery system,the hook plays a very key role in the completion of the helicopter delivery task.A reasonable hook structure helps to improve the carrying capacity of the suspension delivery system.The three-dimensional model of the hook established by SolidWorks was combined with ANSYS to carry out finite element analysis and structural optimization design.After the optimization,on the premise that the hanging system meets the design requirements,the weight of the hook is reduced by 23.9%,and the light weight of the hook and the whole hanging delivery system is realized.
