针对精确制导炸弹在随机振动过程中出现的舱体连接螺钉断裂问题,提出了一种带有预紧力螺钉的疲劳计算方法.基于 Palmgren-Miner线性累计损伤理论和 Goodman疲劳损伤计算方法,运用有限元方法对带有预紧力的舱体连接螺钉进行随机振动疲劳计算,校核舱体连接螺钉的疲劳寿命,为精确制导炸弹舱体连接螺钉的疲劳计算提供了一种理论计算方法.
Fatigue Calculation of Cabin Connection Screws in Precision-Guided Bomb
A fatigue calculation method with preload screw was proposed in order to solve the problem of fracture of cabin conection screws in the process of random vibration of precision-guided bomb.In this paper,based on the Palmgren-Miner linear cumulative damage theory and Goodman fatigue damage calculation method,finite element analysis is used to calculate the random vibration fatigue of cabin connection screws with preload force,and check the fatigue life of cabin connection screws,which provides a theoretical calculation method for fatigue calculation of connecting screws in the cabin of precision-guided bomb.
