Design of Progressive Stamping Die for Limit Bracket
Based on the structure,material,and accuracy of the workpiece,a stamping process performance analysis was conducted to determine that the workpiece includes three basic processes:blanking,punching,and flanging.Three different stamping schemes was proposed,taking into account factors such as production batch size,cost,mold quantity,and operational safety,and the progressive die stamping scheme was selected finally.Two different layout design schemes was proposed,comprehensively considering the structural characteristics of the parts and material utilization,and the vertical layout scheme was selected finally.On this basis,necessary process calculations,structural design,and selection of standard components were completed.The application results show that using multi-station progressive dies to complete the stamping process of the limit bracket can meet the production requirements of large batch,high safety,and relatively low cost.
