全自动瓶盖激光打标机设计

研究设计了一种能够对瓶盖进行全自动激光打标的机构.机构包含瓶盖输送机构和瓶盖打标机构两大部分,其中瓶盖打标机构包含上料装置、打标传输装置及下料装置.上料装置利用电动滑台搭建龙门式结构,实现X、Y、Z三轴精确定位,采用真空吸盘对瓶盖进行吸取上料;打标传输装置采用圆盘式回转机构进行送料,设计槽轮机构实现间歇转动,控制打标时间;下料装置采用气缸推动真空吸盘,进行拾取,并放入下料箱中,瓶盖打标全过程实现了自动化.
Design of Full-Automatic Bottle Cap Laser Marking Mechanism
A mechanism capable of fully automatic laser marking of bottle caps is studied and designed.The mechanism consists of two major parts:cap transport mechanism and cap marking mechanism,in which the cap marking mechanism includes feeding device,marking transfer device and discharging device.The feeding device uses electric slide to build a gantry structure to achieve precise positioning of X、Y、Z three axes,and vacuum suction cups are used to pick up and feed the bottle caps;the marking transfer device uses a disc type rotary mechanism to feed the material,and a slotted wheel mechanism is designed to achieve intermittent rotation and control the marking time;the discharging device uses a cylinder to push the vacuum suction cups to pick up and put them into the feeding box,and the whole process is automated.
