Mechanical System Design for Wheeled Mobile Fire Fighting Robot Chassis
In view of the complexity of fire places,the mechanical system design of the chassis of a wheeled mobile fire fighting robot is proposed,and the chassis is systematically studied in terms of its function,structure,performance and development process.First,the technical requirements of the wheeled fire fighting robot and the impact of the chassis on the robot's mobile performance are analysed.Then,the design plan and implementation steps are proposed for the chassis,and the operability and reliability of the chassis are assessed using 3D modelling and simulation analysis based on UG software.Finally,the basic parameters of the chassis,hub motor,steering mechanism and damping mechanism of the chassis are designed.
