The hydraulic cylinder is an important hydraulic component in the engineering vehicle,and the reliability of the buffer structure directly affects the performance and operation of the vehicle.This paper introduces a new buffer structure,which realizes the integrated design and processing of piston and buffer column.The buffer is stable and suitable for the buffer of small and medium-sized oil cylinder.This structure can meet the requirements of automatic and intelligent assembly.The new buffer structure combined with piston,piston rod and cylinder bottom provides a simple processing and reliable buffer,and realizes the integration of piston,piston rod,cylinder bottom and buffer sleeve.
