Research on Technology of High Precision Roller Briquetting Machine Frame with Heavy Load
The NaCN roller briquetting machine belongs to the category of heavy-load and high-precision equipment,the forming frame of the roller briquetting machine is its key component,it is directly related to the operation safety of the NaCN roller briquetting machine.Special use requirements for NaCN molding,this article provides an example of the frame manufacturing process,elaborate on the key points of process design for the rack from material selection,welding process design,post weld heat treatment,precision mechanical processing,and other processes.Verified through non-destructive testing and user use,the results indicate that the process design of the rack is reasonable and reliable.
