为了解国内各实验室对钢中氧、氮含量测定的能力水平,组织了本次钢中氧、氮含量的测定能力验证活动.采用单因子方差分析法对能力验证样品进行均匀性检验,用传统统计技术处理,采用 Grubbs 方法剔除异常值后,获得指定值和能力评定标准差,用z比分数判定各实验室的检测结果.结果显示:全部结果满意的实验室有 8 家,占参加实验室总数的 72.73%.绝大多数实验室具备满意的检测能力和水平.
Verification Analysis of Determination Ability of Oxygen and Nitrogen Content in Steel
In order to understand the ability of domestic laboratories to determine the content of oxygen and nitrogen in steel,the verification activity of measuring the content of oxygen and nitrogen in steel was organized.One way ANOVA was adopted in the homogeneity examination of samples for the proficiency test.By traditional statistical techniques,the assigned value and standard deviation for proficiency assessment were calculated after removing outlier by Grubbs method.The z-ratio score was used to determine the test results of each laboratory.The results show that there are 8 laboratories with satisfactory results,accounting for 72.73%of the total number of participating laboratories.Most laboratories have satisfactory testing ability and level.
