无人控制的太阳能全自动消毒装置智能升级

针对第 1 代无人控制的太阳能全自动消毒装置存在的缺陷及不足,在原有基础上进行了全面的升级改造.第 2 代全自动消毒装置的控制器由原来的 S7-300 PLC 更换为 S7-200 SMART PLC,增加了 AGV 磁导航传感器、磁条寻迹、伺服转向控制系统、避障传感器、全方位多角度喷头等设备,能够实现消毒装置自主寻迹运行,通过对左、右两轮的速度控制,完成自动转向控制.避障传感器自动感应障碍物,控制消毒装置停止移动和喷药,并且具有报警等功能.通过对第 1 代产品的硬件设备安装改造和 PLC 控制软件的重新编程调试,完成了第 2 代消毒装置的设计与开发.试验结果表明:第 2 代消毒装置各项指标及参数均明显优于第 1 代产品,智能化程度更高,完全达到了升级改造的要求.
Intelligent Upgrade of Unmanned Solar Fully Automatic Disinfection Device
In response to the shortcomings and shortcomings of the first generation unmanned solar fully automatic disinfection device,a comprehensive upgrade and transformation have been carried out on the original basis.The second generation fully automatic disinfection device S7-300 PLC controller has been replaced with S7-200 SMART PLC,and equipment such as AGV magnetic navigation sensor,magnetic stripe tracking,servo steering control system,obstacle avoidance sensor,and omnidirectional multi angle nozzle have been added.It can achieve autonomous tracking operation of the disinfection device and complete automatic steering control through speed control of the left and right wheels.The obstacle avoidance sensor automatically senses obstacles and controls the disinfection device to stop moving and spraying,as well as alarm functions.Through the installation and modification of the hardware equipment of the first generation product and the reprogramming and debugging of PLC control software,the design and development of the second generation disinfection device have been completed.The experimental results show that the indicators and parameters of the second generation disinfection device are significantly better than the first generation product,with a higher level of intelligence,fully meeting the requirements of upgrading and transformation.
