在乏燃料后处理过程以及核燃料生产工艺中,都有涉及到分析有毒有害液体样品中某些元素的浓度,而利用 X射线分析技术可实现对样品的无损分析.随着我国核工业的发展,需要测量的样品数量也随之增加.为了减轻测量人员的负担,基于台达可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)研制了一种自动进样装置,在实际使用过程中提升了测量的便捷性以及效率.
Development of Automatic Sampling Device for X-Ray Analysis Equipment
In the process of spent fuel reprocessing and nuclear fuel production,it is involved to analyze the concentration of some elements in toxic and harmful liquid samples,and the non-destructive analysis of samples can be achieved by using X-ray analysis technology.With the development of China's nuclear industry,the number of samples to be measured also increases.In order to reduce the burden of measurement personnel,an automatic sampling device based on Delta programmable logic controller(PLC)is developed,which improves the convenience and efficiency of measurement in actual use.
