Design of Host Computer Control System for C#Based Heat Treatment Furnace
Aiming at the problem that the control panel of the heat treatment furnace is inconvenient to operate and the data acquisition is difficult,a host computer control system that can be operated remotely and monitored in real time is proposed.Without changing the original control system of the heat treatment furnace,the host computer control system is established through the RS485 serial port communication of its thermostat.By adding a wireless communication module,the control of the heat treatment furnace is not limited by space and distance,but can be operated under the coverage of wireless network;by establishing the host computer software interface,the control of the heat treatment furnace has good visualization and flexible operability.The actual test results show that the established heat treatment furnace host computer control system is simple in structure,easy to operate,safe and reliable,and has reference significance for the centralized control of various equipment in the laboratory.
