Intelligent Power Monitoring System of WK Shovel Based on PROFINET Communication
In order to monitor the quality of power supply in real time,an intelligent power monitoring system is added to the shovel.The hardware structure and software design of the system are introduced.Based on PLC control technology and Siemens PROFINET communication technology,the data of power supply are collected in real time,analyzed and diagnosed,and displayed on the upper computer.As a result,the intelligent power monitoring of WK shovel is realized.
