Research on Quick Handling and Optimization of Faults in Coke Dry Quenching Hoisting Machine
The coke dry quenching hoist contains a large number of electrical equipment,and the interlocking conditions between each equipment are relatively complex,resulting in a high degree of automation in the control system.Under the busy production rhythm,the time for maintenance and repair is very limited.In order to improve the efficiency of maintenance,some common faults existing in the electrical system of CDQ hoist are studied from the aspects of limit signal fault processing,brake fault processing,hoist communication outage optimization and so on.And some application results have been achieved in the field.
