目前连接器的组装生产大多采用自动化设备实现,采用折弯机构对料带端子折弯时,端子表面的镀层存在磨损、划伤等问题,严重影响连接器的性能及品质.鉴于此,运用设计方法学和创造学的方法,从折弯机构的功能分析着手,在详细分析导致端子表面镀层划伤、磨损原因的基础上,对设备中的端子折弯机构进行了创新设计,并给出了详细的结构图和工艺流程图.
Application Research on Anti-Wear in Terminal Bending Process
At present,the assembly and production of connectors are mostly realized by automatic equipment.When the bending mechanism in the equipment bends the material strip terminal,the coating on the surface of the terminal has some problems such as wear and scratch,which seriously affects the performance and quality of the connector.In view of this,using the method of design methodology and creativity,starting from the functional analysis of the bending mechanism,on the basis of detailed analysis of the causes of scratches and wear of the coating on the surface of the terminal,the innovative design of the terminal bending mechanism in the equipment is carried out,and the detailed structure diagram and process flow chart are given.
