针对刮板输送机运行过程中存在的直线度保持能力差、可能发生采煤机脱轨的问题,提出了刮板输送机智能调直控制方案.以刮板输送机中部槽为基准,设计位于采煤机机身的中部槽位置检测装置,实现刮板输送机中部槽位置数据感知和解算;设计内嵌于液压支架控制器的校直模块,完成刮板输送机中部槽位移精确控制;位置检测装置与校直模块二者之间以红外通讯方式完成数据传输.实验验证结果表明:提出的刮板输送机智能调直方案能够降低刮板输送机的直线度误差,达到智能调直的目的.
Intelligent Straightening Control Scheme of Scraper Conveyor
In the view of the problems of poor straightness keeping ability and possible derailment of shearer during the running of scraper conveyor,an intelligent straightening control scheme of scraper conveyor is proposed.Taking the middle slot of the scraper conveyor as the benchmark,the location detection device located in the shearer body is designed to realize the perception and calculation of the location data of the scraper conveyor middle groove.The straightening module embedded in the hydraulic support controller is designed to achieve accurate displacement control of the middle groove of the scraper conveyor.Infrared communication is used to complete data transmission between the two.The experimental results show that the proposed intelligent straightening scheme can reduce the straightness error of the scraper conveyor and achieve the purpose of intelligent straightening.
