针对航天数字化生产线的生产特点以及当前现场问题处理效率低、链条长的管理现状,从问题处理的时间约束、全局性约束角度出发,基于生产线MES平台建立现场问题处理全生命周期的实时闭环管理机制.通过三级闭环管理机制及数字化手段提高问题处理的管理效率,保障型号计划进度;以系统自动统计分析的数据为依据识别产品共性、重复性、批次性质量问题并进行持续改进,实现高效率、高效益、高品质生产.
Innovative Application of Management Mode of Quality Problems to Astronautic Digital Integrated Production Line
According to the production characteristics of aerospace digital production line and the current management situation of low efficiency and cumbersome process of field problem processing,from the point of view of time constraint and overall constraint of problem processing,a real-time closed-loop management mechanism for the whole life cycle of on-site problem processing is established based on production line MES platform.Through the three-level closed-loop management mechanism and digital means to improve the management efficiency of problem processing and ensure the progress of the model plan.Identify product commonness,repeatability and batch quality problems and make continuous improvement based on the data of system automatic statistical analysis,so as to achieve high efficiency,high benefit and high quality production.
