以机场物流行业机械设备样机样线制作的必要性入手,介绍了相关机械设备种类及需要做的验收准备,同时从机械角度详细探讨了样机样线的设备整体外观质量、安全防护、结构参数、安装制作工艺、关键部位维护性模拟及性能测试六个方面的具体验收内容,做好这些验收工作将有利于设备在项目中的更好运用,对于企业合理开展设备样机样线工作也有一定参考意义.
Abstract
Starting from the necessity of making prototype sample lines for mechanical equipment in the airport logistics industry,this article introduces the types of relevant mechanical equipment and the necessary acceptance preparations.At the same time,from a mechanical perspective,it discusses in detail six specific acceptance contents of the prototype sample line's equipment,including overall appearance quality,safety protection,structural parameters,installation and manufacturing process,maintenance simulation of key parts,and performance testing.Doing well in these acceptance work will be beneficial for the better application of equipment in the project,and it also has certain reference significance for enterprises to carry out reasonable equipment prototype sample line work.
