In view of the phenomenon of bolt breakage of a axle head baffle in a certain project,this paper discusses from five aspects such as insufficient joint grease and loosening of bolts,analyzes the stress situation of bolt breakage of the axle head baffle,obtains the real reason of bolt breakage,carries on the reform of the axle head baffle,and puts forword the optimization design of the axle head baffle.
