摘要

针对目前煤矿刮板输送机张力监测滞后性大、精度较低等问题,结合刮板输送机实际工作环境,提出了一种基于无线传输的刮板链张力实时监测方案,并对相应监测系统进行了设计.首先对刮板链张力监测需求进行分析,对无线张力采集装置进行设计并将其嵌入至刮板输送机内部对刮板链张力数据进行采集,通过无线网络将数据传输至上位机进行远程监测与报警,从而实现了对刮板链张力的远程在线监测.

Abstract

In response to the current issues of large lag and low accuracy in tension monitoring of coal mine scraper conveyors,this paper proposes a real-time monitoring scheme for scraper chain tension based on wireless transmission,combined with the actual working environment of scraper conveyors,and designs the corresponding monitoring system.Firstly,the demand for monitoring the tension of the scraper chain is analyzed,and a wireless tension collection device is designed and embedded into the scraper conveyor to collect the tension data of the scraper chain.The data is transmitted to the upper computer through a wireless network for remote monitoring and alarm,achieving remote online monitoring of the tension of the scraper chain.
