摘要
老式材料试验机在校验和使用过程中会遇到诸如加载不至力值最大量程、加载时指针窜动、试验机整体振动、油泵温度异常和噪声超过规范要求等问题.从油泵、电机、阀门、油路、压力载荷以及各零部件入手分析了可能的故障原因,并给出了相应的解决方案,为今后的试验机校验和使用提供了技术支持.
Abstract
During the calibration and use of the old-fashioned material testing machine,it will encounter some problems,such as loading not reaching the maximum range of the force value,pointer movement during loading,overall vibration of testing machine,abnormal temperature of oil pump,noise exceeding specification requirements and so on.The possible failure causes are analyzed from the oil pump,motor,valve,oil circuit,pressure load and various parts,and the corresponding solutions are given.It provides technical support for the future verification and use of the testing machine.
