摄影测量在大型筒体定位对接工艺中的应用

针对航天大型筒体设备定位对接现有工艺出现的对接精度低、耗时长以及返工率高等问题,进一步研究了对接工艺流程.以三维摄影测量为依托,通过辅助工装标定、标志点位置采集和数据通信,并经 AGV控制模块进行数据处理,实现了行走机构和托架机构根据反馈的数据命令进行位姿调整.基于实际产品的使用,结果表明将摄影测量应用于大型筒体定位对接中达到了提高对接效率和对接质量的目的.
Application of Photogrammetry in Positioning and Docking Process of Large Cylinders
In response to the problems of low docking accuracy,long time consumption,and high rework rate in the existing process of positioning and docking of aerospace large cylindrical equipment,the process flow of the docking process was further studied.This article is based on three-dimensional photogrammetry,and through auxiliary fixture calibration,marker point position acquisition,data communication,and AGV control module data processing,the walking mechanism and bracket mechanism can adjust their posture based on feedback data commands.Based on the actual use of the product,the results indicate that photogrammetry has achieved the goal of improving docking efficiency and quality in the positioning and docking of large cylinders.
