Analysis of Intelligent Assembly System of Rail Transit Vehicle Chassis Components
Through the analysis of intelligent assembly devices such as automatic guidance platform,vehicle component lifting mechanism,guidance identification and positioning system,and main control software,the automatic alignment of the screw hole of the vehicle component and its body screw hole is realized,which reduces the labor intensity of relying entirely on manual alignment in the past,and improves the efficiency and safety of maintenance operations.
