电解加工是利用多物理场耦合作用的特种加工方法,可高效地制备优质表面,同时不会损耗工具阴极,但加工精度及工艺稳定性仍有待于进一步提升.首先阐述了以磁场辅助、激光辅助、振动辅助和磨料辅助为代表的辅助电解加工技术的工作原理;其次详述了其他新型辅助电解加工方法的原理、工艺特色以及最新研究进展,突出不同工艺技术优势,阐明核心辅助电解加工技术的应用场景差异性;最后总结了辅助电解加工的发展趋势及技术前景.
Research Progress of Assisted Electrochemical Machining Technology
Electrochemical machining(ECM)is a special machining method that uses multiphysics coupling to efficiently prepare high-quality surfaces without losing the tool cathode.However,the processing accuracy and process stability still need to be further improved.This paper first clarifies the working principle of assisted electrochemical processing represented by magnetic field assistance,laser assistance,vibration assistance,and abrasive assistance,then describes in detail the principles,process characteristics and latest research progress of new auxiliary electrochemical processing methods,highlights the advantages of different process technologies,clarifies the application scenarios of core assisted electrolytic machining technologies,and finally summarizes the development trend and technical prospects of auxiliary electrochemical processing.
