Material Traceability System in High Temperature Environment Based on Machine Vision
A material tray coding and recognition system based on machine vision was designed to meet the requirements of high-temperature working environments such as sand core drying production lines.The structure of the coding disk was determined based on the production status of the on-site workshop,as well as the installation positions of industrial cameras and coding disks.The hardware and software design of the system was completed.By using image recognition technology,the tray encoding was identified,matched,and processed.Finally,the higher accuracy of this method was verified through theoretical analysis and simulation testing,which has certain promotion value.
