Design of Control System of Production Line to Tea for Intelligent Blending,Uniform Stacking and Impurity Removal
In order to improve the production process of black tea and increase the production capacity,a distributed tea production line control system based on inverter+PLC+touch screen+IPC is established in this paper.The design of PLC control program,field control level touch screen HMI and IPC monitoring software is completed.The whole process automatic control,real-time data acquisition,production process parameter setting,historical data query and fault automatic alarm of black tea production line are realized.The system has the integrated function of management and control of black tea production line equipment,meets the requirements of visual monitoring of on-site production information,has a high degree of intelligence,and the overall technical level is advanced.
