Calibration and Experiment of Laser Detection System for Bore Size of Cannon
On the basis of the developed cannon bore detection robot, the relative installation position errors of its laser displacement sensor and PSD two-dimensional position sensor in the bore detection device are deeply studied.A calibration measurement method based on precision three-dimensional mobile platform and precision turntable is proposed. The working principle and control method of the cannon bore measuring device are analyzed, and the axis deflection angle and axis offset between PSD and laser displacement sensor are accurately calibrated, and the specific calibration methods and steps are described.Through the statistical analysis of the calibration measurement data, the key position parameters of the measuring device are determined. The experimental comparison and analysis of the 160mm standard pipeline shows that the calibration method can eliminate the installation position error of the measuring device, ensure the detection accuracy of the whole system, and improve the accuracy of the measurement results.
