摘要
基于RFID技术,采用模块化编程方法设计PLC梯形图程序、HMI画面及机器人应用程序,实现读RFID、写RFID和料仓信息初始化等功能.通过智能制造技能竞赛和科研教学活动的结合,对竞赛内容进行凝练总结,促进了教师对教学课程内容进行改革,达到了以赛促教、以赛促学、以赛促改、以赛促建的目的.
Abstract
Based on RFID technology,the PLC ladder diagram program,HMI screen and robot application program are designed by modular programming method,and the functions of reading RFID,writing RFID and initializing information of material warehouse are realized.Through the combination of intelligent manufacturing skills competition and scientific research and teaching activities,the content of the competition is summarized,and teachers are promoted to reform the content of teaching courses,so as to realize the purpose of promoting teaching,learning,reform and construction by competition.
