高速双切滚刀是一种新型的滚刀,滚刀基体材质和涂层工艺复杂,为满足生产需求需尽可能延长滚刀寿命,降低滚刀返修成本,提高效益.通过实际应用与理论分析相结合的方法,利用六西格玛实验设计工具,分析了影响滚刀寿命的显著性特征因子,拟合出最优的工艺参数,并通过实际加工对此参数进行了验证,为企业降本增效提供了依据.
Study on Life of High Speed Double Cutting Hob Based on DOE Experimental Design
High speed double cutting hob is a new type of hob,the matrix material and coating process of hob are complex,in order to meet the production demand,it is necessary to prolong the service life of the hob as much as possible,reduce the repair cost of the hob and improve the benefit.Through the combination of practical application and theoretical analysis,using the Six Sigma experimental design tool,the significant characteristic factors affecting the hob life are analyzed,fitting the optimal process parameters,this parameter is verified by actual processing,which provides a basis for enterprises to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
