Study and Analysis of Lubricating Oil Flow Field in Rotor of Oil-Cooled Motor
Taking a reducer oil circuit of an oil-cooled motor of new energy vehicles as an example, this paper extracted the reducer pipeline oil circuit by Workbench and named the boundary conditions, carried out grid discretization of the oil circuit by using Fluent meshing, and carried out numerical calculation of the oil circuit by using realizable k-ε turbulence model in Fluent software. The comparison error between the rotor outlet flow results and the experimental results is 1.3%.The causes of energy loss are obtained by studying the oil flow field, and the pressure drop and flow line changes of the 4 types of pipeline flow fields without improvement and after improvement are designed in three kinds of right-angle turning pipeline experiments, which provides a theoretical basis for the future design of the lubricating pipeline oil path of the reducer.
