Optimization of Hydraulic System of Excavator Crushing Operation Based on AMESim
The excavator is equipped with a crushing hammer for crushing operations.It is a commonly used construction method in current engineering construction.At present,a single pump of an excavator is commonly used to drive a breaker in China,which can easily cause premature wear or overload damage of the hydraulic pump.The working scheme and oil circuit of the excavator dual-pump driving breaker are designed,and the simulation model is established by using AMESim to simulate and analyze the feasibility of the double-pump joint driving of the breaker.The results show that the double-pump drive can make the breaker operate normally,moreover,the flow distribution of the two pumps is balanced,which can prolong the service life of the main pump of the excavator.
