摘要

依据有限元计算软件ANSYS的结果文件和VERITY法的理论基础,运用python语言进行编程,通过建立有限元模型,验证了结构应力法网格不敏感性的特性.使用FE-SAFE的VERITY模块计算相同焊趾处的结构应力并进行对比,验证了本文开发的计算程序结果的准确性.

Abstract

According to the result file of the finite element calculation software ANSYS and the theoretical basis of the VERITY method,the Python language is used to program.Through the establishment of the finite element model,the insensitivity of the structural stress method grid is verified.In order to verify the accuracy of the results of the calculation program developed in this paper,the VERITY module of FE-SAFE is used to calculate the structural stress at the same weld toe,and the calculation results are compared.
