基于SA二次开发的大部件外形自动化测量

针对飞机大部件外形的快速测量要求,利用激光雷达检测技术,进行了相关检测系统的研究.在基于Polyworks软件的基础上,利用宏脚本编辑器实现快速对部件外表面 自动取点功能,开发了一套专用曲面 自动采点软件,为后续 自动化测量提供理论点数据库的调用;在基于测量软件SA的基础上,运用Measure-Plan完成二次开发,建立了适用于大部件的单站位数字化测量程序.以某型飞机大部件为例,利用所构建的测量系统对其外形进行了测量,测量结果表明:该程序高效可靠,运行稳定,克服了 SA自身的非参数化、操作复杂等缺点,同时大幅度提高了飞机大部件检测的自动化程度和检测效率.
Automated Measurement of Large Component Appearance Based on SA Secondary Development
In response to the rapid measurement requirements for the appearance of large aircraft components,a related detection system was studied using LiDAR detection technology.On the basis of Poly works software,a specialized surface automatic point acquisition software has been developed using a macro script editor to achieve rapid automatic point acquisition on the external surface of components,providing a theoretical point database call for subsequent automated measurements;on the basis of measurement software SA,secondary development was completed using Measure Plan,and a single station digital measurement program suitable for large components was established.Taking a large component of a certain type of aircraft as an example,its appearance was measured using the constructed measurement system.The measurement results showed that the program was efficient,reliable,stable,and overcame the non-parameterization and complex operation shortcomings of SA itself.At the same time,it greatly improved the automation and detection efficiency of aircraft large component detection.
