Structure Analysis and Stability Exploration of Front Guide Plate of Hot Rolling Coiler
By analyzing the structural characteristics and working principle of front side guide plate of coiler in 1422 hot rolling line,the influencing factors of no-load resistance of side guide plate are found out,and then the solutions are put forward to ensure the stability control,functional input and accuracy maintenance of front guide plate of coiler,this method achieves the goal of reducing liner wear,improving strip edge quality,and effectively improving the quality of hot rolled products.
