Design of Pin-On-Disc Friction and Wear Tester Based on LabVIEW
To initially test friction and wear property of samples,a pin-on-disc friction and wear tester was developed.The structure of the tester is simple and the testing system program is developped by LabVIEW software,establishing visible multiparameter test interface,actualizing the real time data collection,processing,display and store.Tests show that the tester can meet research needs of friction and wear test of samples.
