摘要
针对现有万能试验机在拉伸试验时的特性,设计了一种适用于万能试验机的减振装置,并研究了其减振效率.应用结果表明:万能试验机安装减振装置后,垂向振动速度与垂向Z振级均降低,尤其垂向振动速度降低较为明显,振动速度衰减率(减振效率)在90%以上.
Abstract
According to the characteristics of the existing universal testing machine in the tensile test,a damping device suitable for the universal testing machine is designed,and its damping efficiency is studied.The application results show that after the universal testing machine is installed with damping device,the vertical vibration velocity and vertical Z vibration level are reduced,especially the vertical vibration velocity is reduced obviously,and the vibration velocity attenuation rate(damping efficiency)is more than 90%.
