针对掘进工作面动力设备、临时料场的跟机前移主要靠人工搬运、劳动强度大、安全隐患突出、与快速掘进系统不匹配、影响掘进效率的问题,研制了适用于掘进工作面的 自移设备列车.设计了智能控制系统,实现了设备列车与掘进成套装备的协同控制,提高了设备列车在复杂顶底板条件下的适应性.实际应用表明:自移设备列车将掘进工作面辅助作业装备集中管理,大大提高了作业的安全性和工作效率.
Development and Application of Self Moving Equipment Train for Excavation Face
The forward movement of power equipment and temporary stockyards in the excavation face is mainly carried by workers,which is labor-intensive and has serious safety hazards.It does not match the rapid excavation system,which affects the improvement of excavation efficiency.Aiming at the above problems,a self-moving equipment train suitable for the excavation face was developed.An intelligent control system was designed to realize the coordinated control of the equipment train and the complete set of excavation equipment and improve the adaptability of equipment trains under complex roof and floor conditions.The practical application shows that this equipment centrally manages the auxiliary operation equipment of the tunneling face,which greatly improves the safety and work efficiency of the operation.
