摘要

对7075铝合金与AZ31镁合金进行搅拌摩擦焊搭接实验,研究了接头的微观组织与拉剪强度.结果表明,铝合金为上板时,焊接表面光滑平整,焊接界面出现铝、镁混合带状组织;镁合金为上板时,焊接界面出现机械互锁结构;铝合金为上板,焊接速度为50 mm/min时的拉剪强度最高,约为68.5 MPa.

Abstract

The friction stir lap welding of 7075 aluminum alloy and AZ31 magnesium alloy was carried out.The microstructure and tensile shear strength of the joints were studied.The results showed that when the Al alloy was as the upper plate,the welding surface was smooth and flat,and the Al/Mg mixed banded structure appeared at the welding interface.The mechanical interlock structure was found when the Mg alloy was as the upper plate.The highest tensile shear strength of the joint was 68.5 MPa when the Al alloy was as the upper plate and the welding speed was 50 mm/min.
