ICP-AES标准加入法同时测定钼粉中的多种杂质元素

研究并建立了 ICP-AES标准加入法同时测定钼粉中Fe、Ni、Al、Cu、Ca和Mg等杂质元素含量的方法.该方法采用盐酸-硝酸溶解样品,以标准加入法配制系列标准工作溶液;待测元素的分析谱线分别为Fe238.204 nm、Ni231.604 nm、A1167.078 nm、Cu327.396 nm、Mg280.270 nm、Ca393.366 nm;线性相关系数均达到0.996以上;测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.97%~5.08%,加标回收率为88%~113%;测定结果与国家标准GB/T 4325方法测定结果比对,基本相吻合.该方法测定结果准确可靠,能够满足科研生产对钼粉中Fe、Ni、Al、Cu、Ca和Mg等杂质元素含量测定的需求.
Simultaneous Determination of Multiple Impurity Elements in Molybedenum Powder by ICP-AES Standard Addition Method
An ICP-AES standard addition method for simultaneous determination of iron,nickel,aluminum,copper,calcium and magnesium in molybdenum powder was studied and established.The Sample was dissolved in hydrocholiric acid-nitric acid solution,standard addition method was used for getting a series of standard working solution samples.The analytical lines were Fe 238.204nm,Ni231.604nm,A1167.078nm,Cu327.396nm,Mg280.270nm,Ca393.366nm respectively.The linear correlation coefficients of each element were all above 0.996.The relative standard deviation of determination results was between 1.97%and 5.08%,and the recovery of standard additionwas from 88%to 113%.The measurement results were consistent with the results of national standard methods GB/T4325.The method is accurate,and can meet the needs of daily analysis for the determination of Fe,Ni,Al,Cu,Ca and Mg in molybedenum powder.
