Research on Analysis of Milling Circle Accuracy Characteristics and Improvement Method of Vertical Machining Center
In the process of long-term use of CNC machine tools,there is a certain degree of wear and tear of ball screws,guide rails and bearings,and the dynamic response of the CNC system is unstable,and the servo optimization is imperfect,which will also affect the roundness error of CNC machine tools.The purpose of this paper is to propose a new method that can improve the accuracy of milling circles in vertical machining centers.Firstly,the accuracy problems and reasons existing in the machining of vertical machining centers are introduced.Then,an improved machining method of vertical machining center is proposed,which optimizes the cutting parameters,establishes the circular machining capacity index model,finds the ultimate feed of machine tool processing according to the experiment,and improves the accuracy of the milling circle by setting the appropriate machining capacity index,so as to realize the improvement of machining accuracy.Finally,the effectiveness of the method was verified by experiments,and a comprehensive evaluation and analysis were carried out.In the experiment,the accuracy of the machining center is improved by adjusting the system parameters to change the backlash value,and at the same time,the parameter K is defined as the circular machining ability index of the equipment,and the interpolation milling accuracy is less than 0.01 mm when the K is less than or equal to 600 according to the cutting verification.When the K is 1 800,it is the ultimate machining feed of the machine tool.The analysis results provide new methods and ideas for improving the accuracy of vertical machining centers.
