Research on Board Diagnosis Technology of PMSM Drive System in Electric Vehicles
Drive motor is the core of electric vehicle drive system,and on-board diagnosis and failure protection technology is an effective technical means to improve its reliability.In this paper,various fault diagnosis methods of electric drive system in automobile on-board diagnosis system are introduced.This paper uses a case to analyze the jitter fault of the drive motor,which is one of the most common faults in the automobile PMSM drive control system,and presents a typical case in which the on-board diagnosis system determines the bad position sensor of the motor.The fault of motor position sensor is simulated by simulink,and the fault-tolerant control scheme and development trend of position sensorless are discussed.
