相控阵超声检测技术可直观有效地检测钎焊型铜铝过渡线夹,根据线夹结构研制了水浸式相控阵超声自动检测装置,该检测装置由主框架、水槽、运动模组、显示屏与控制装置、线夹夹持装置等部分组成,可完成对线夹的 自动检测,既提高了检测效率,又保证了采集数据的质量.经实验验证了检测装置的可行性,测试结果表明:该装置X、Y、Z轴的位移精度为0.05 mm,单个铜铝过渡夹具的检测速度为每件2 min,缺陷轮廓检测精度达到1 mm.
Design of Phased Array Ultrasonic Automatic Detection Device for Copper Aluminum Transition Wire Clamp
The phased array ultrasonic testing technology can visually and effectively detect brazed copper aluminum transition wire clamps.A water immersion phased array ultrasonic testing automatic scanning device has been developed based on the wire clamp structure.The detection device is composed of the main frame,water tank,motion module,display screen and control device,wire clamp clamping device,and other parts.It can complete automatic detection of wire clamps,improve detection efficiency,and ensure the quality of collected data.The feasibility of the detection device has been verified through experiments.The test results show that the displacement accuracy of the X,Y,and Z axes is 0.05mm,the detection speed of a single copper aluminum transition fixture is 2 minutes per piece,and the defect contour detection accuracy is up to 1mm.
