企业在塑封重型工件包装袋工艺流程中,存在着人工消耗量大、次品率高、返工率高等问题,为此对其采用的通过式脚踏封口装置进行了 自动化升级改造.不仅提供了具体的软、硬件设计方案,而且还利用SolidWorks Electrical软件进行了本装置虚拟电气装配.此改造方案在保证实现塑封过程全自动化、次品率为零的同时,将整个改造设备费用控制在1000元以内,为小型企业在节约成本的同时也节省了劳动力.
Automation Upgrade and Transformation of Foot-Pedal Sealing Device
Pointing at the current situation of Laborious labor,high product defect rate and rework rate in the plastic sealing process of heavy packaging bags in enterprises,the foot-pedal sealing device was upgraded.It not only provided specific software and hardware design solutions,but also performed virtual electrical assembly of the device by SolidWorks Electrical.The renovation plan not only ensured the full automation of the plastic sealing process and zero defect rate,but also controlled the cost of the entire renovation equipment within 1000 yuan.It not only saves costs for small enterprises,but also saves time and labor.
