Research of ACS880 Frequency Converter on General Overhead Crane
The universal overhead crane adopts Siemens 1513 PLC and ACS880 series frequency conversion speed regulation device,and PLC system and frequency conversion device are connected by Profinet bus communication.The application of ACS880 frequency converter in general bridge crane is studied.Making full use of the reliable start and quick response of Direct torque control(DTC)of ACS880,the lifting and lowering of the general overhead crane can be realized to meet the on-site use requirements.
