针对目前煤矿井下人员精确定位系统的定位标识卡在实际应用中存在着功能单一、防爆等级低、人机交互能力弱等问题,提出了一种基于UWB无线精确定位技术与液晶显示技术、音频处理技术相结合的多功能定位标识卡设计方案.该方案新增了 TFT液晶屏显示功能、语音录制和播放功能等,能够与井上监控中心进行双向无线通信;通过STM32L 0系列ARM处理器的集中控制,实现了对精确定位标识卡功能的扩展和提高.通过在鑫发煤矿大巷进行应用试验,为井上井下人员的信息交互和紧急事件的预处理提供了保障措施,降低了安全事故时造成的人员伤亡风险.
Design of Multifunctional Positioning Identification Card Beasd on UWB Technology
Aiming at the shortcomings of the positioning identification card function of the precise positioning system for underground personnel in coal mines,such as single,low explosion-proof level and weak human-computer interaction ability,a multi-functional positioning identification card design scheme based on UWB wireless precise positioning technology,liquid crystal display technology and audio processing technology is proposed.The solution adds TFT LCD display function,voice recording and playback function,two-way wireless communication with the Inoue Monitoring Center,etc.,and realizes the expansion and improvement of the function of the precise positioning identification card through the centralized control of the STM32L0 series ARM processor.Through the application test in the alley of Xinfa Coal Mine,it provides guarantee measures for the information interaction of underground personnel and the pre-treatment of emergency incidents,and reduces the risk of casualties caused by safety accidents.
