针对现有港口散货轨道式装船机,提出一种基于三维激光扫描建模的无人化装船机方案.通过激光扫描建立船舱堆垛的三维模型,对模型进行数据分析提取特征点从而生成控制指令下发给装船机执行,实现装船机的无人化运行,降低了人员劳动强度,提高了作业效率,提高了装船机自动化程度.
Design of Ship Loader Control Scheme Based on Laser Scanning Technology
Aiming at the existing port bulk rail loader,an unmanned ship loader scheme based on 3D laser scanning modeling is proposed.Through laser scanning,the three-dimensional model of the cabin stack is established,and the model is analyzed for data analysis and feature points are extracted,so as to generate control instructions and send them to the ship loader for execution,so as to realize the unmanned operation of the ship loader.Reduce the labor intensity of personnel,improve the operation efficiency,and improve the degree of automation of the ship loader.
