地铁供电接触轨振动检测装置设计研究

当供电接触轨振动的位移量过大时,将对接触轨造成损伤,因此地铁工程师需不定期监测供电接触轨振动情况并记录.为方便地铁工程师监测供电接触轨振动情况,研制了地铁供电接触轨振动位移量检测装置.该装置以STM32F103R8T6型ARM芯片为核心,实时检测振动变送器输出的4 mA~20 mA模拟电信号,计算振动位移量数值,并驱动ARM内部RTC模块生成 日期和时间信息,每隔10 ms将 日期、时间和振动位移量数值记录1次,将该数据记录在TF卡的TXT文件中.该装置对供电接触轨振动位移量的监测效果理想且成本低廉,值得在轨道交通行业内推广应用.
Design and Research on Vibration Detection Device for Subway Power Supply Contact Rail
When the vibration displacement of the power supply contact rail is large,it will cause varying degrees of damage to the contact rail.Therefore,subway engineers need to periodically monitor and record the vibration of the power supply contact rail.In order to facilitate subway engineers in monitoring the vibration of the power supply contact rail,a subway power supply contact rail vibration displacement detection device has been developed.The device is based on the STM32F103R8T6 ARM chip,which real-time detects the 4-20mA analog electrical signal output by the vibration transmitter,calculates the value of vibration displacement,and drives the internal RTC module of ARM to generate date and time information.The date,time,and vibration displacement value are recorded every 10 ms,record this data in a TXT text file on the TF card.The monitoring effect of this device on the vibration displacement of the power supply contact rail is very ideal and cost-effective,which is worth promoting and applying in the rail transit industry.
