Analysis of Siemens Control System in Petrochemical Water Treatment System
In order to meet the requirements of efficient operation and water supply of desalting system in petrochemical project,a set of automatic control system based on Siemens S7-1500PLC is specially designed.The S7-1500 series PLC has a fast response speed,and the speed of bit processing can reach up to 1ns.The CPU body integrates a plurality of Ethernet interfaces,and up to 3 Ethernet network segments are realized,and the PLC technology has the characteristics of easy programming,high integration,strong reliability,flexible configuration,simple and convenient installation,and fast running speed.Based on the characteristics and advantages of PLC technology,Siemens S7-1500 series PLC and WINCC7.4 configuration software are used as the core control components to realize the combination between analog and switching by using remote transmitter technology,which greatly improves the control accuracy.The system has high performance-to-price ratio,and can improve production efficiency and lay a good foundation for saving operating costs.
