提出了一种基于LoRa和PLC技术的缆载吊机倾角监控系统.该系统通过安装在钢箱梁上的倾角传感器实时采集梁体的倾角,通过LoRa无线通信技术将数据传输到监控室,采用PLC控制技术实现对箱梁倾角吊装过程的实时监控.对系统的硬件和软件进行了设计,包括倾角传感器的选择、LoRa通信协议、串口调试、数据处理和显示等.试用结果表明:该系统能够满足钢箱梁吊装的复杂工况,提高了缆载吊机的安全性能.
Design of Inclination Monitoring System for Cable Crane Based on LoRa and PLC
A cable crane inclination monitoring system based on LoRa and PLC technology is proposed.The system collects the inclination angle of the girder in real time through the inclination sensor installed on the steel box girder,transmits the data to the monitoring room through LoRa wireless communication technology,and realizes the real-time monitoring of the inclination lifting process of the box girder using PLC control technology.The hardware and software of the system are designed,including the selection of inclination sensor,LoRa communication protocol,serial port debugging,data processing and display.The trial results show that the system can meet the complex working conditions of steel box girder lifting and improve the safety performance of cable-carried crane.
